Sometimes a new design can revitalize existing text. In the case of this in-house project, I converted a black-and-white text-only operations manual into a colorful pocketbook, designed a Z-fold promotional brochure, and brainstormed ideas for promotional swag. Thinking about brochure folding possibilities took me out of my digital comfort zone, but I am always eager to learn new skills, and I gained valuable insight into print production. The project was featured in the Design and Digital Media department’s Year End Show.
